Returns and Exchanges 

Returns are accepted up to 45 days after original purchase date for unused products. To initiate a return, simply email info@zoandco.com for instructions. We are able to refund the price you paid for the product, but not the shipping costs. Please ensure the returned TravelTote is carefully wrapped and obtain a tracking number for all return items as we are not responsible for lost products coming back to our warehouse.

We collect personally identifiable information, like names, postal addresses, email addresses, etc., when voluntarily submitted by visitors to our site. The information you provide is used to fulfill specific requests only, unless permission is given to use it in another manner, such as mailing list inclusion, etc.

Except as expressly set forth herein, Zo & Co, LLC makes no warranty, either express or implied with respect to any product or shipping material, and specifically disclaims all other warranties. Zo & Co, LLC shall not be responsible for any injury to any person (either buyer or any third party) or damage to property (either the buyer’s or any third party’s). Zo & Co, LLC’s sole obligation and liability for any product defect shall be, at Zo & Co, LLC’s option, to replace such defective product or refund to buyer the amount paid by buyer therefore. In no event shall Zo & Co, LLC’s liability exceed the buyer’s purchase price.
